1. Remove the platform by unscrewing the bolt located under the on/off switch.
2. Disconnect and remove the battery.
3. Remove the plate located forward of the battery compartment.

4. Locate the fuse box attached to your scooter’s controller, open the lid, then remove the fuse by pulling upward.
5. Visually inspect the fuse for damage, especially the connection inside. Externally, look for corrosion or black dust on the metal pins.
6. If the fuse is bad, replace it with another blade type 40amp fuse (found at auto parts stores). If you wish to order the part from Currie Technologies, please call our customer support line at 800.377.4532
7. If the fuse is good, push the two red wires entering the fuse box into the box as far as they will go, then re-insert the fuse (orientation is not important).
8. Secure the scooter so the the rear wheel is off the ground and it can spin freely. Turn the power switch “ON” and attempt to throttle the scooter.
9. If the scooter still won’t run, disconnect and then reconnect all connections to the controller.
If the problem persists, please call our customer support line at 800.377.4532 for further assistance.
