The throttle light shows “empty” and the Via Mezza is not running

1. Test your charger by plugging it into a wall outlet only (be sure the outlet has power). If the light on the charger illuminates, proceed to step 2. If not, please call our customer support line at   (800) 377-4532  .
2. Unplug the power cord from the battery.
3. Plug the charger into battery and charge for 10 hours.

4. After fully charging the battery the battery gauge should should full and the bike should operate.
